A targeted pore-control and blemish-clearing serum from Dr.G's Booster Serum line, formulated with Niacinamide at 10% (100,000ppm) — double the concentration of the brand's brightening variant — and a triple BHA complex combined with Zinc PCA for a comprehensive approach to oily, pore-congested, and acne-prone skin. Designed to regulate sebum, exfoliate deep within pores, visibly minimize their appearance, and fade post-blemish pigmentation, all while maintaining and repairing the skin barrier.

Niacinamide at 10% is the cornerstone active: at this high concentration it delivers intensified pore-minimizing, oil-regulating, and brightening effects compared to standard 5% formulas. It also strengthens the skin barrier and reduces inflammation associated with breakouts — making it an ideal base for the exfoliating and oil-control actives that follow.

The triple BHA system targets sebum and congestion from multiple angles. Betaine Salicylate is a hydrophilic, gentler form of salicylic acid derived from betaine, providing effective pore exfoliation with less potential for dryness or irritation than traditional BHA.

Salicylic Acid — the classic BHA — is lipophilic and penetrates directly into sebum-filled pores to dissolve the dead skin cell and oil buildup that causes blackheads and congestion.
